Reward Points FAQWhat is the Reward Point Program?The Reward Points Program is a program that allows Above All Fabric to reward you, our valued customers for your continuing support. The program itself is quite simple. Whenever you make a purchase, you earn Reward Points. Those Points many be spent on future purchases within our store. How does the Program work?When you make a purchase, you earn 1 Reward Point for every $1 that a product costs. (At times, some products may have higher Reward Point values due to specials that we have going on.) On each item, you can look at the product and see very clearly in red the number of points to be awarded for that particular item. Each point is worth .05 on future purchases. That is 5% of your order that is credited back to you for future use!!!! At check out you will see the points that will be earned for your purchase. All points are considered pending at the time your order is placed. They are 'released' once your order has shipped and then they are available for use. You can spend them on whatever you want!
Redeeming Reward PointsIf you have a balance in your Reward Points Account, you can use those points to pay for purchases. Reward Points are redeemed at a value of $0.05 for every point. (For example, this means that 100 points are worth $5.00 towards a future purchase.) During the checkout proccess, on the same page that you select a payment method, there will be a box to select if you wish to use your points, as well as information on the total amount of points available. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method because the points cannot be used toward Shipping and Taxes. Continue the checkout procedure and at the confirmation page you'll notice that the value of the points redeemed will have been credited towards your order. Once you confirm your order, your Shopping Points account will be updated and the points used deducted from your balance. Are there minimums to meet?There is no minimum number of Reward Points required in order for you to use them. And currently, no Minimum Purchase Amount is required to redeem your points. You can use them the very next order (as long as the order has been shipped, which releases the points to you) or you can save them up to use on a larger purchase in the future! It's completely up to you! Also there is no maximum amount of points you can redeem per order, so you can save your points for a more expensive item if you like. Will I earn points for discounted products?Yes. The amount of points earned is based on the cost of the item purchased. If you purchase an item on sale, it will earn you fewer points than when at its regular price. Also at times, a special may be taking place that could earn more than the standard rate. On each product detail page, you will see the number of points that will be earned when you purchase that item. (It is figured on a full yard, so if you buy 1/2 yard then the points will be 1/2 of that shown.) Will I earn points when purchases paid with points?You will earn points on the portion of the purchase that is not paid for with points. For example, if you have an order that is $20 before shipping and you have $5 in points available, you will earn points on $15 of that order. Shipping charges and taxes never earn points and points may not be used to pay for those charges. Conditions of Use
