Instructions include fusible applique and full sized templates. This has been a very popular pattern that looks great in traditional prints, and also larger scale prints that are so "in" right now. – 56" square quilt.
When making this quilt we chose to use 1/2 yard cuts from 10 different fabrics. This gives you enough for all the blocks, birdies and binding. It does make the main square 18 inches instead of 19 inches, but we didn't notice the difference! The backing requires 3.5 yds fabric. You will also need batting.
